Refund & Return Policy

At XerryCon, we stand behind the quality of every product we create. If something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.


1. 30-Day Return Window

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within:

  • 30 days of delivery
  • For a refund or replacement

To qualify, the item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Free from excessive wear or damage
  • Returned with all original accessories/packaging

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be rejected.


2. How to Start a Return

Email our support team at info@xerrycon.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • A photo of the product (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, XerryCon will cover the return shipping.
  • For all other returns (change of mind, accidental order, etc.), buyers are responsible for return shipping.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 3–7 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours

5. Exchanges

Need a replacement instead of a refund?

We gladly offer free exchanges for:

  • Defective items
  • Items damaged in transit

6. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened, including:

  • Personal care or wellness items
  • Used brushes or cleaning fabrics

If unsure, contact support before opening your product.


7. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package shows as Delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors and household members
  2. Verify the shipping address
  3. Contact the carrier
  4. Reach out to us

We handle each case individually to find the best solution.


8. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of being placed.
Because our handling time is fast (1 business day), cancellations after this period are not guaranteed.
